The "Basic" option is appropriate for those with limited needs.  IndependAid provides a monthly check-in to assess the client's current needs.  The products and/or services that are required are investigated and the appropriate recommendations are made.  Sources are located to provide those needed products and/or services in the local area, including access to background checks for anyone assigned to visit the home.  Communication of all recommendations is provided, including sources/resources and the corresponding contact information.

Enhanced

$19.99/month
"Enhanced" is a better option for those with on-going needs. In addition to a monthly check-in, the client or caregiver has unlimited access to IndependAid for additional products and services recommendations and sources for the care-recipient thoughout the month.  The products and/or services that are required are investigated and the appropriate recommendations are made.  Sources are located to provide those needed products and/or services in the local area, including access to background checks for anyone assigned to visit the home. Communication of all recommendations is provided, including sources/resources and the corresponding contact information.

Personal Assistant

$89.00/month, plus cost of goods/services/delivery
"Personal Assistant" is the "We Do It All for You" option!  For the continual benefit of the client, you have full and on-going access to our caring Personal Assistants.  We assess needs, determine appropriate product/service solutions & make recommendations; AND (with your pre-approval), we also:  (1) Negotiate the BEST price and warranty terms (sometimes gaining large discounts AND doubling the warranty period!), (2) Purchase the products/Secure the services/Work with agencies -- on your behalf, (3) Check that the products and services were received/rendered, (4) Provide access to appropriate background checks for anyone assigned to visit the home, (5) Check on your satisfaction with your product and/or service experiences, (6) Provide additional guarantees of suitability and performance, i.e., make sure it's right for you and that it works right for you!, and (7) Handle all guarantee/warranty matters for you. This option provides more peace of mind and frees you up to get back to enjoying your life!
